Hello, BBQ lovers! We’ve got some exciting news that’s sure to make your taste buds do a happy dance. Starting July 17, 2023, Gram’s BBQ is extending its hours to be open 7 days a week! That’s right, folks, you can now get your BBQ fix any day you want, right here in Riverside, CA.

New Hours, Who Dis?

We’ve heard your requests, and we’re thrilled to announce our new hours. Starting July 17, we’ll be open from 11 am to 8 pm on Mondays and Tuesdays. And don’t worry, our Wednesday to Sunday hours are staying the same, from 11 am to 9 pm. That means more time for you to enjoy our mouthwatering Southern style BBQ!

BBQ Every Day? Yes, Please!

No more waiting for the middle of the week to get your BBQ fix. Whether it’s our melt-in-your-mouth beef brisket, juicy pork rib tips, or one of our other smoky, delicious dishes, you can now enjoy them any day of the week. And let’s not forget about our signature sauces – they’re the perfect way to kick up the flavor!

A Smokin’ Good Morning with Gram’s BBQ and KTLA Morning News

Hey, BBQ lovers! You know summer’s about to heat up when the smell of smoky barbecue fills the air at the break of dawn. On the 26th of May, a special day it was as we fired up our grills bright and early, not just for our early bird customers, but for a live news feature with the KTLA Morning News crew!

That’s right! As we kicked off the Memorial Day weekend, we had the pleasure of welcoming Andy Riesmeyer and his fantastic team into the heart of Gram’s BBQ in downtown Riverside. With cameras rolling and the scent of our Southern Smoke Bar-B-Que wafting through the air, it was an exciting morning to remember!

Our very own Benita Bratton, our fearless leader, took center stage, backed by the energetic Gram’s BBQ crew. We were all buzzing with excitement and pride – after all, it’s not every day you get to showcase your passion for Southern BBQ to the entire Inland Empire!

The KTLA team gave viewers an exclusive peek into our bustling kitchen, capturing the essence of what makes Gram’s BBQ a local favorite. We showcased a smorgasbord of our most loved dishes, including our scrumptious Pulled Pork Sandwich, crispy Fried Green Tomato Sandwich, spicy Hot Link Lunch, tender Brisket Sandwich, irresistible BBQ Wings Lunch, juicy BBQ Chicken Dinner, our signature Pork Ribs, succulent Beef Ribs, and the family favorite, the Bunch of BBQ Family Pack.

And let’s not forget the sweets! Our Sweet Potato Pie and Peach Cobbler had their moment in the spotlight, too, tempting viewers with their golden crusts and the promise of a sweet, homey finish to a hearty BBQ meal.

Seeing the look of anticipation on the KTLA crew’s faces as they took in the sight (and smell!) of our tantalizing BBQ spread was a moment to cherish. It was a proud moment for us, being recognized as a beloved BBQ destination in the Inland Empire.

As we look forward to a sizzlin’ summer season, we couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to share our passion for authentic, home-cooked, Southern-style BBQ with a wider audience.
